Quick Tire Service I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received on February 8, 2019, I had picked up a screw in my tire on the edge of the tread and loosing ti I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received on February 8, 2019, I had picked up a screw in my tire on the edge of the tread and loosing tire pressure. Scheduled oil change . I think there is some sort of 21 point inspection that follows as a courtesy to customers. This was not done. Tire pressures were not checked and in . In good out worse. Vehicle went in for a Safety Recall on the Brake Transmission Shift Interlock. After repairs vehicle was not brought to the drive through awning like Vehicle went in for a Safety Recall on the Brake Transmission Shift Interlock. After repairs vehicle was not brought to the drive through awning like previous vists. (I don’t mind the exercise). What really put a burr on my saddle, was when I notice the the interior light hanging in front of the brake pedal, the two piece steering column cover was out of line and the shift handle rattling loose. Bad Service!!! More

No one ever came and said that my vehicle is ready so I sat until about 1015 when I see my Jeep been pulled out and park underneath the awning I had to go ask the service desk was my vehicle ready and she said yes nonetheless it was done but the customer service rep knew I was waiting and did not call my name while others were chosen after their car was completed and I continue to wait. The only reason I use this service is because I purchased a lifetime oil change. More
