Frustrating experience I’d like to start by saying that everyone was very nice but being nice doesn’t fix your car. When we dropped off the car we were told it would be look I’d like to start by saying that everyone was very nice but being nice doesn’t fix your car. When we dropped off the car we were told it would be looked st that day. 3 days later the car still wasn’t looked at and they wanted to keep it another 3 days. I picked up the car on day 3 and when I arrived they could not locate the car. I might add that on a previous visit they were unable to locate my car and they told me to go look for it on the lot. I took the car back again and was given the estimate. Included in the extimate was about $1000 worth of additional work they wanted to do. I told them I would pick up the car the following day. The next day I went to pick up the car and guess what. They couldn’t find my car again. In addition they couldn’t even find the paperwork indicating the car was there. I did speak to the service manager and expressed my frustrations. He was very kind and reassured me they were working to resolve the issues. I did not have the repair work done and I did take it to a different mechanic. More
No follow-up and post-repair damage This dealership has such a terrible reputation I really hesitated to get this recall repaired here. Unfortunately the next Jeep dealership is a long w This dealership has such a terrible reputation I really hesitated to get this recall repaired here. Unfortunately the next Jeep dealership is a long way away. My expectations were met. First, the part was not in stock. Paul said he would call me to schedule the repair when it came in. He didn't. Only when I called to follow up was my Jeep scheduled for a repair. Service opened late and it took 30 minutes to check in and get a shuttle for an appointment at 7:00 AM (first appointment of the day). I expected to be there 15-20 minutes tops. Then I had to call at the end of the day to find out if the repair was complete. They did not call me even after they promised they would. When I went to pick up my Jeep, the cashier could not find the repair order or my keys and even asked me to look around the lot for my Jeep. I found it and then she finally rounded up the keys. When I got in my Jeep I found a deep nick in the dash right where the airbag repair had been performed. This jeep is in great condition, no scratches, nicks or dings. I take good care of it. So much for that. Last time I ever do business here. More
Busy and too expensive This place gives you a time estimate, but you always have to wait longer. One mechanic tells you one thing, another tells you something else. I understand cost, but when labor is more expensive than parts, it’s very expensive. And they charge for every single thing. I wanted to get my AC checked out and they said it’s $199 just to look at, not including what they have to do to fix it. They need to offer courtesy checks like other places. More

However, for whatever reason, it took about four hours. Fortunately, I brought a book with me. Otherwise, good and polite service as usual. Only reason for four stars was the wait time. More

I've had nothing but dodge vehicles since 2007, but I have decided my current 2018 dodge I recently got will be my last dodge for the sole reason of not wanting to deal with this local dodge dealership anymore. Over the past few years my experience with this particular dealership has been progressively leaving a bad taste in my mouth. Which is a let down, because I really do like the dodge brand of vehicles, but not enough to go through this dealership anymore. And I dont want the hassle of going out of town to get a vehicle when I could be a patron to a local business. I will just take my business elsewhere. More
