Car has been broken for over a year I have brought my car in ten times since july 2018 and still have not had the problem fixed. I live 2.5 hours away and left my fiance in San Angelo without a car because she normally walks to work and From the start we had great communication. When something came up and she needed a car for a couple days while my truck was still in the shop, Owen offered to pay for her to get a rental car. The rental process was really smooth and friendly through and through. The service went well and all was fixed as expected. Owen kept great communication giving nearly daily updates via text. More
