Very unfriendly people I always dread going to this place. The only reason I go is because I have lifetime oil changes with the purchase of my new vehicle. It always takes f I always dread going to this place. The only reason I go is because I have lifetime oil changes with the purchase of my new vehicle. It always takes forever, never less than an hour and a half that you have to wait. The receptionist is exceptionally rude. They always send emails saying it's time to schedule an appointment for service due, but when you call they say they don't schedule appointments. Either way, you're in for a long wait. The rudeness of the employees makes it almost not even worth going in to get the free oil change. Very disappointing. More

Also, why are there still no handicap accessible ramps for the service area after several requests? Yes, I can access the service area by going through the shop area...But I shouldn't have to. And I'm not sure why Eddie left and don't care....But at least y'all were smart enough to bring him back. Eddie has always made sure that I was taken care of. More

Service Dept is a complete mess My driver and passenger side airbags were recalled. Scheduled an appt then got a call asking if I still needed the appt. I said yes, the airbags hadn' My driver and passenger side airbags were recalled. Scheduled an appt then got a call asking if I still needed the appt. I said yes, the airbags hadn't been replaced. They told me that they are showing completed in NM. I told them they hadn't...short of the long my vin# was entered in a NM dealership and showed it to be completed. The service dept was supposed to sort all this out BUT it turns out I had to do their work for them. I got the recalls reset and took my truck in for the replacement. My appt was at 8...about 8:15, they checked in my truck. Plus I had been told the guy I was working with - Josh was no longer there. I had to explain the history/issue of the recalled airbags to the newby. Owen was very nice but seem a little overwhelmed. So I needed a shuttle back to work, the driver left without me. They had to call a LYFT driver. I got to work an hour later. Called to check on truck - went in circles before I talked to someone. They sent another LYFT driver to pick me up - he ended up at the wrong location. I arrived at the dealership and went to the cashiers desk. They couldn't find my paperwork. After waiting 10 minutes, they finally found it - filed and entered under my first name instead of my last name. Have heard lots of bad things about this dealership...sad to say that you lived up to it. If it wasn't for the recall I wouldn't have even selected this dealership. More
Oil change I took my car in for an oil change. We were told it would be about an hour. My son went by to see if it was done about 1 1/2 hours later. It was not. I took my car in for an oil change. We were told it would be about an hour. My son went by to see if it was done about 1 1/2 hours later. It was not. The service guy called later and said the plug was stripped and it would cost about $10 for a new one. I told him since we have the lifetime oil change, they are the only ones who have touched the plug and I didn't think I should have to pay. He said he would check on it and let me know if they would cover the cost. I never heard anything back from him so I went back several hours later. Nothing had been done and they told me that it wasn't stripped but had seized and that in the process of getting it out they may break the oil pan. I asked what all of this could run me pricewise. Again I stood around for a long time. I finally asked for my keys and told them to call and let me know. I still have yet to hear anything from them. In the mean time, I took my car to our usual mechanic. He said they had stripped the plug and he was able to get it out and changed my oil and replaced the plug. This cost me $124, but it is done and worth not having to deal with the service department again. More
