Non communicative staff and poor customer sevice I requested to be contacted online three different times and I finally went into the dealership myself to schedule the appointment. When I went in, the service associate completely blew me off and did not schedule the 30k maintenance as I requested. As a result I will be doing the rest of the maintenance at another facility. Absolutely no communication or verification of work being done. I asked for an estimate to do the 30k and never saw or heard from my service associate except overhearing him making crude jokes in the lobby area with other workers there. I will not be going back. More

Usually satisfied with service to vehicle. I was surprised that my Dodge Nitro took so many hours just for an oil change. I felt disappointed in the fact that my hood of vehicle was not closed I was surprised that my Dodge Nitro took so many hours just for an oil change.
