Our salesman, Oscar, went above and beyond to satisfy our buying needs. We drove 6 hours from El Paso, Texas, just to buy a truck. We have 3 dealerships in El Paso, but when dealing with Oscar, he sent me pi buying needs. We drove 6 hours from El Paso, Texas, just to buy a truck. We have 3 dealerships in El Paso, but when dealing with Oscar, he sent me pictures of at least 6 different trucks they had in stock. He had the paperwork done and sent me a price with taxes. Got all the information over the phone. Most dealerships would not do that. When I arrived in from out of town, he had everything ready for me. We test drove 4 different trucks just until we found the one for us. Once we picked the truck, everything set into place and it was the fastest truck buying experience I've ever had. We were out of there in no time. I would highly recommend Oscar and the staff at All American Chevy. No doubt, this was the best experience I've encountered. I will be buying my future vehicle from Oscar, and I'll drive the 6 hours just for that world-class customer service Oscar provided for us. More

5 Stars for the Service Center!!! Have been going to All American San Angelo Service Center for years and it continues to be one of the best service centers I have ever come across. A young gentlemen by the American San Angelo Service Center for years and it continues to be one of the best service centers I have ever come across. A young gentlemen by the name of Cody greets me with a smile and takes the time to talk with me very respectful and does not come across as a male chauvinist pig like other service centers will try and do. I do know something about cars. I only see him at the service center but he always knows my name and makes time to ask how I have been doing with sincerity. For an elderly women, this means alot. Best service ever! I just bought a new truck from Victor Estrada at All American Chevrolet of San Angelo. Can't say enough great things about the attention and service i received from Victor, the sales team Estrada at All American Chevrolet of San Angelo. I had been working with a salesperson at another dealership, but he wouldn't return phone calls and didn't move on getting me the truck i wanted when i asked him to. The other salesman kept trying to push a different pickup on me and had to keep asking what features i really wanted several times. Victor got me financed at a lower rate than i had been given by the other dealership in Odessa, got me the truck i called him about, AND delivered it to my house in Odessa in less than 24 hours from the time i first called All American Chevrolet of San Angelo!
