Bought a car with the tires for life program I bought a car in 2010 with the tires for life program, it was supposed to be as long as I got all of my regular scheduled maintenance done at their p I bought a car in 2010 with the tires for life program, it was supposed to be as long as I got all of my regular scheduled maintenance done at their place, which I have every time I was told to do it. I went and had my tires realigned at Sears and Josh voided my warranty on my tires. Since when is a realignment considered regular scheduled maintenance? They have been trying to void my warranty since I got this because it is on a camaro and they weren't supposed to do it on sports cars and made a mistake, but they had to honor it because it was the deal that was made. This service department is the worst that I have ever encountered, it usually takes 4 hours to get an oil change, but I sat and endured it every time because I was supposed to in order to keep my warranty valid. More

New truck Purchased a High country over the weekend(use) JB was the salesman. Good guy, no pressure. Had tire fro my old truck put on the new truck cause i had Purchased a High country over the weekend(use) JB was the salesman. Good guy, no pressure. Had tire fro my old truck put on the new truck cause i had better tread, this is the 4th vehicle i have bought from All American. 2 things i wish i could have got : Truck only came with one key and keyfob, really like to have a spare key and fob, the other was i wanted them to roll my life time oil change to the new truck but they said it can'.t be done., you would think that being a loyal customer they would happy to do that. Overall great experience again More
