Started speaking with Oscar S. on Tuesday Nov 1, concerning a 2015 Honda Accord Touring, beautiful car and great pricing. We were excited to drive 3 hours to check it out and take delivery. I communicated with several employees for two days at this dealership, great reviews at All American Chevrolet in San Angelo, Texas. They were friendly and helpful with lots of communication! Oscar S was prompt however it saddens me that he didn't do his due diligence or I have to put him in the same category as other car salesman, the jury is still out on this one. I trusted him with all our personal information and sent our SS, DL, and insurance, all necessary before hand so we would not have to wait for credit and paperwork to get handled to purchase the vehicle since we had a 6 hours round trip. The F&I dept pulled our credit and then Oscar S. called and gave me pricing and payment quotes, while I was deciding (30 minutes) Ocsar called to INFORM me that the car had been sold to a DETAILER and it was no longer available! Needless to say I was floored! Even though he was "sorry" this had taken place and I immediately spoke with the GSM Monty Pearson and his response was unprofessional, "sorry we sold the car" and that was it! Mr Pearson said he was unaware of another deal working on the car...hmmm really! They only had ONE! I told the GSM his salesmen sent me pictures, Mr. Pearson said those were 2 days old. What about the F&I department, they surely would know if the car was sold prior! Very disappointed that there are still CAR dealerships out there trying to pull the "wool" over customers with the attitude first one through the door gets the car! Remember I asked to put a deposit on it and they said it was not necessary! Signed: Very discouraged customer More
