I have just returned from the service department for All American Chevrolet. Two weeks ago I scheduled an appointment to have them look at my 2025 Chevrolet. There was a road noise problem and a shifting is American Chevrolet. Two weeks ago I scheduled an appointment to have them look at my 2025 Chevrolet. There was a road noise problem and a shifting issue. I arrived on time and was told “We don’t do that type of work on the weekend”. They told me I would have to schedule an appointment for the following week. The checked their appointment book and said the only appointment they had open was for the following Friday. I brought the the car in and I was told they would have to keep I for 4 or 5 days. I returned to check on the car and was told it had been assigned to a technician and that he had 4 or 5 work orders ahead of my car. Does Chevrolet have so many mechanical issues with their cars they can’t fix them or even troubleshoot them. I will not use the service department at All American Chevrolet again. I will drive to another city for service if I don’t sell the car just to be rid of this lemon. More

I would like to help someone who was thinking of going to this dealership, don't do it. The internet manger text me from a previous inquiry, and asked me if I was still interested in getting into a new car, this dealership, don't do it. So I get this call from the so called internet manager and he asked me a few questions. I had mentioned to him that I was looking for a low lease price for a car, and I mentioned the Chevy Trax. I told him I am looking for something under 300 per month with nothing out of pocket. He said let me check. He called me back and told me that he has a great deal, I asked what that was, but he said I had to come to the dealership to find out how great it was. I mentioned to him that I am approx 30 miles from the dealership, and to not waste my time. He said just come and we will work something out for you. So my wife and I get into the car and went to the dealership, he assigned a young salesman, assuming he was just starting out. He lays down 2 pieces of paper on his desk, with 2 figures that I thought I was seeing things. Now don't get me wrong, I am fully aware of what is happening with dealers and auto manufactures, and that some dealerships are more shady then others, well, this one is one of the worst. He shows me pricing of 514 and 544 per month respectively. I couldn't believe my eyes, if these were great deals, what the heck were the bad ones??? Look, I had a sales lesson once from an owner of prestigious business, and told us something I would never forget, do not be a dirty under ware salesman, and to not try and bate and switch your customers. Well the internet manager was just what I described within this comment. I was appalled and what they presented to me, and had no remorse at all to do so, because my time meant nothing to them, and that they showed me that we will do our best to make you vomit in their dealership. One final word to the dealership Management and Owner, I don't know if this is your culture, or just the poor judgement from a so called sales manger who called the shots on my good and open nature to try and work with them to obtain a car from the dealership. From what I saw, don't even entertain the idea. Their are plenty of good dealerships with credible employees. More
Bought a used vehicle from this place THREE MONTHS ago with hail damage they said would be fixed within a week…took them months. Was told repair would take a day….took nearly a week. When hail damage was fixed, my personal front and back dash cams that I wired through my vehicle were unplugged and wires were left stuffed in the ceiling material. Also that same company unplugged ALL the safety features in my vehicle so now I have NO safety features. I was told it just needed a recalibration but can’t tell me how long it will take. I was told a MONTH ago that I was first in line for a loaner vehicle but somehow still no loaner vehicle. My wife and I call constantly to check on status and never receive an answer. Everyone we have dealt with from the initial sales rep through text to our salesman has been an absolute nightmare! More
