Terrible Service Center Worst Service Department ever!!! They don't seem to have any idea what they are doing. Morally Bankrupt dealership They are massively incomplete. Had them check a sensor light that went on. The A lying rep "scheduler " told me it would cost About 455.00 + tax to They are massively incomplete. Had them check a sensor light that went on. They never called back, That is when I found another dealer. They worked on my truck many times before. It took them 4 times to fix a minor problem!!! Find a other dealer to service your vehicle Or to buy a new one. They SUCK BIG TIME & DISHONEST TO THE CORE. More
horrible management At first I was happy. Salesman Rick was great. I noticed on the way home, I live in Staten Island, something was wrong with the front end. I informed At first I was happy. After two days of driving I noticed a couple more things wrong. So I take a day off work to bring the car in. They did fix a couple problems. Aft er sitting in the waiting room for 6 hours I was told that they had to order a part and to come back tomorrow. Went home, still had problems with front end. The mechanic said it was in my head and the trouble was because of aggressive tire tread. Another day off work. They fixed a recall, yeah they sold me a car with open recall. Told them again about front end. Two days go by. I took car to get nys inspection. Did not pass. Why? Front passenger tire had so much play from broken tie rod. The mechanic advised me not to drive it. I couldn't take a third day off work to bring it back to the dealer for same problem. I had the ny mechanic fix the problem now All American Chevrolet won't reimburse me. They told me New Jersey inspection is emissions only. New York is emissions AND safety. If you must buy a car from here, buy at your own risk. They could care less about your safety. More

Great experience !!! I was searching for a new car. I had previously owned 2 Subaru's, so naturally I was leaning toward that way again. Then I saw someone driving a Che I was searching for a new car. I had previously owned 2 Subaru's, so naturally I was leaning toward that way again. Then I saw someone driving a Chevy Cruze. I thought it was a great looking car, just the right size, etc. I then saw in the Asbury Park Press the Chevy Cruze was in the top ten vehicles sold in February 2014. Went online to Truecar.com, to see what they could do for me. I had never owned a brand new car, I always bought second hand. Well after putting all my info into the computer, the texts, calls and Emails started, and they just kept coming. I was being bombarded. In one day I got 11 text messages, 3 phone calls and was even called at work!!! All from one Dealership. I did not want to be harassed or pushed into something, it was totally out of hand. I let some time go before I decided to stop in to All American Chevrolet in Middletown. I had gone on to their web page and read a review from a customer that was totally happy with his experience, so I thought I would stop in. I was met outside by Bill Facchino. We talked a while about what I was looking for. No harassing, no pushiness. He wasn't trying to sell me what he wanted, he was asking me what I wanted in a car. I decided I liked his style and asked if I could test drive the Cruze. The minute I got behind the wheel of the car I knew it was the car for me. The car is solid, handles very well, has just the right amount of room for me. Gas mileage is a dream. I am so happy with my new car. Bill was wonderful to deal with as was Kenny and Kristen. If you are looking to get a new car All American Chevrolet is the way to go. More
Went in for a stabilizer service light. I was told the front left wheel sensor had to be replaced, it was replaced. A few days later the same service light appeared and I had the hub bearing replaced on t front left wheel sensor had to be replaced, it was replaced. A few days later the same service light appeared and I had the hub bearing replaced on the same wheel. I ended up paying a lot for a problem that never got fixed. A customer of their's for years ill not use them ever again. Customer service is horrible. Overcharged on everything. DO NOT USE THEM! More
I had to be the worst customer ever. I had so many issues and didn't really know what I wanted. This group of people really helped me get into a vehicle and made me feel comfortable with the sale.
