Terrible experience! They had my car for three full days. For oil change and state inspection, also to update the navigation map and get an estimate on some body scratche They had my car for three full days. For oil change and state inspection, also to update the navigation map and get an estimate on some body scratches. After 3 days They had only changed the oil and done the inspection ! When I got my car, the engine warning light came on and so did the tire pressure warning. The car was not washed and cleaned either! Next time it is going to be Jiffy Lube!! More

The dealerships automated system accepts appointments on the weekend for diagnostic repairs. It is not until you drive into the dealership that you are told they do not perform diagnostics or repair work on the weekend for diagnostic repairs. It is not until you drive into the dealership that you are told they do not perform diagnostics or repair work on the weekend. It is inconvenient for those who dont live in Tysons and its inconsiderate of customer time and expectations. Maserati services are very expensive, the customer experience should be commensurate with this cost. Communication was good, not great but the texting system works best...speaking to a service person live was a rare occurrence. More
