Knowledge, Friendliness, and Willingness to Work a Deal I had such a great experience at Safford Fiat in of Tyson's Corner for three reasons: the staff's demonstrated knowledge, their friendliness, and the I had such a great experience at Safford Fiat in of Tyson's Corner for three reasons: the staff's demonstrated knowledge, their friendliness, and their willingness to work with us to make a deal. Our salesman Cliff demonstrated knowledge about the Fiat and its competitors. He described to us the car's benefits and its limitations. I appreciated the fact that he never shied away from any question. He always answered them directly. On the first drive, he provided guidance on how to get the best performance out of the car. Everyone I met at Safford was friendly. While this should be expected, this is not something I have always experienced at other dealerships. Cliff did the things I expected of a good dealership: he walked me around the dealership, and he introduced me to the manager of the service department. Cliff said that, "he wants to get people in the right car". He demonstrated this by willingness to go on three separate test drives with us to answer specific questions about the Fiat. Both Cliff and the sales manager Mark were easy to work with. Our negotiations on the purchase felt professional and I believe everyone came away with "wins", which is the sign of a successful negotiation. They provided a fair price, based on my own research, for my trade in vehicle. We were also able to agree on a price for the new car, and the financing for it, that I found to be a good deal. Knowledge, friendliness, and a willingness to work a deal might be what buyers expect from all dealerships, but it is unusual to find all three at one place. I found all three at Safford Fiat of Tyson's Corner. On top of my great experience at the dealership, I am enjoying driving my car. More

When I first contacted Safford Fiat, I spoke with Mark Co I was very pleased with the service provided by the staff at Safford Fiat of Tyson's Corner. When I first contacted Safford Fiat, I spoke with Mark Cowdin. He was very accommodating and was able to help me get the car that I was interested in at the price I could afford. On the day that I went to the dealership to look at the car, Mr. Cowdin was not available. Mr. Cliff Landsman assisted me with the purchasing of the car, and he could not have been more helpful. He made sure the car was vacuumed and gassed up before I drove it off the lot. Purchasing my car from Safford Fiat went very smoothly in large part to the quality of service given my Mr. Landsman. Cliff took the lead, showed us the Fiat 500 and we took an extensive test drive. He knows the product, has pride in the nameplate and is enthusiastic and easy-going. Cliff's thoroughness and commitment to the process was honest and easy to move through. Even when we were in the final stages of consideration and negotiation, Cliff gave us options and was accurate about time to complete the deal and steps forward. I love Safford Fiat, Cliff Landsman and Mark Cowdin! In 2012 I was seeking a transition from Hummer 3 to commuter car. I was bouncing between the Mini and Nissan dealerships on Route 7 when I saw the Fi In 2012 I was seeking a transition from Hummer 3 to commuter car. I was bouncing between the Mini and Nissan dealerships on Route 7 when I saw the Fiat sign and thought "I should give them a spin later this week." I stopped in on a rainy evening after work and fell in L O V E with a 2012 Lounge Convertible that I quickly named "Olive." Knowing better to than to make an impulse buy, I chatted with Cliff then went home to consult my family. Days later we returned, the family was also in love... and Cliff and Mark worked quick and efficiently to get me into my dream commuter car! When we went to pick up tags weeks later... my family also fell in love with the white with red top convertible. "Pearl" became our second Fiat in the family! The moment the Fiat 500L, 4 door/hatchback became available, we were at Safford yet again to replace our old kayaking car. With room for a roof rack, and tons of personality - we added "Rudi" to our Fiat family in 2014! Rudi has a zippy engine, massive leg and head room and has carried us on several fun trips so far! For each purchase, Cliff Landsman was the best person in the world to partner with! He quick, witty, personable and knows his product VERY well! Mark has always been a tremendous support on the back end of the deal. One last shout out for the SERVICE TEAM at Safford Fiat. They have always been amazing - appointments are not difficult to secure, I enjoy the music being played by the service team as they work in the garage (usually more fun than the tv available to you while you sit), etc. They always bring my babies; Olive, Pearl or Rudi back to me bright and shiny.... ready to rule the road! I had been to all the local area FIAT dealerships and had pretty miserable experiences over the past year. My experience at this dealership was vastly different than any other dealership. After I submitted my initial inquiry online, I didn't get barraged by numerous phone calls and emails asking me to come in test drive. I liked that. Once I made it into the dealership I worked with Cliff to find what I was looking for. He was very warm and friendly, while also knowledgeable and put me at east knowing that I could trust him (and the other employees) and he helped me find a great car. Cliff didn't talk down to me at all, but rather treated me as a competent human being... rather than just a consumer. He also picked my up from the metro when I came to pick up the car, and had the car wonderfully detailed and cleaned. I'm so happy and thrilled about my car! I got used 2012 FIAT 500 sport and I love it more everyday. What's more impressive is that my car-fanatic husband is also quite pleased with the car I picked out all by myself :) Thanks Safford Fiat! I visited the Safford Fiat of Tyson’s Corner on a Sunday because I was in need of a car. As I was driving to the dealer, I was very anxious because I didn’t even know what type of car I wanted. When my 4 year old daughter and I pulled into the parking lot and got out of our 1994 Honda, I was pleasantly surprise by the warm welcoming we received from the dealer’s staff members. Mr. Kenneth Badilla greeted us with a pleasant smile and asked “what can I do for you today?” I told him that I was looking for a car and I didn’t know what options I had. Mr. Badilla’s professionalism and kindness ensure me that I was in good hands. Mr. Kenneth Badilla worked with me to find the best car that would fulfill my family needs. At the same time, his business knowledge helped me to get the best price and my money worth.
