On time and correct I ended up at this dealer because I could not find a good one in Maryland for FIAT. TERRIBLE CUST SVC; 4.5 HR OIL CHANGE; GM DOESN'T CARE 4.5 AND 2.5 HOUR OIL CHANGE ARROGANT STAFF TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE GENERAL MANAGER THAT DOESN'T CARE DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP I purchased m 4.5 AND 2.5 HOUR OIL CHANGE ARROGANT STAFF TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE GENERAL MANAGER THAT DOESN'T CARE DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP I purchased my Alfa Guilia here and have taken it for two oil changes and tire rotations. On each occasion I was told it would be a max of 1.5 hours (which seems a lot for a tire change and tire rotation, when you have an appointment). The first one took 4.5 hours and they left me stranded at Starbucks without any calls. When eventually Mason picked me up, there was no apology and he seemed annoyed that I was upset. I gave them a second chance (mainly because they are convenient for me). Second time it took over 2.5 hours. I stayed in the shabby waiting area and purposefully did not chase them, to see how long it would take. Finally, after 2 hours 20 mins I emailed the General Manager, Victor Beltran, to tell him what was going on. After 2 3/4 hours I gave in and went to the desk - miraculously, my key was sitting there and Mason claimed "I just got this handed to me". I told him politely what I thought about their service, and his reply to each of my points was "OK" - no apology, no regret. As I walked out, Victor showed up. I shook his hand but told him I had to leave for a meeting. He told me he would be back in touch. That was a week ago, and he has not responded, despite two further reminder emails from me. Obviously the problems with this dealership are deep rooted and come right from the top. I will never use them again - I resented having to give them 1 star but you can't select 0 stars. More

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD 12/22/2019 12:20PM SUNDAY. I walked into dealership with my 2019 HELLCAT new to check out PRE-OWNED 2017 SHELBY GT350. The sales lady came out and I t 12/22/2019 12:20PM SUNDAY. I walked into dealership with my 2019 HELLCAT new to check out PRE-OWNED 2017 SHELBY GT350. The sales lady came out and I told her i'm here to check out Shelby and others to possibly trade my hellcat. She took my ID and while I was walking around the lot then she called me to come inside of dealership. When I walked in, the sales manager name "LUKE?" was standing front of door and told me I cant drive nor check the car due to company policy and you will get into accident if you don't know how to drive. I have owned numerous sport cars in my life including 2019 hellcat I parked legit front of his face which it has much stronger power and skill to control. I don't know what made him think that I don't know how to drive and im gonna cause the accident. He wont even apologized nor feel sorry and let me just walked out. I have never treated this bad and insulted at the dealership especially looking at USED $45k car. I would never go back to this dealership and spread my experience with this place today. More
