Great Dealer, Great Sevice, Great Location in San Diego! We were not looking forward to taking our Fiat 500 to National City for service since it's so far out of the way for us. An online search said there was a somewhat new location in Kearney Mesa, so we took the car there. Ed Myung provided professional and courteous service and was a pleasure to speak with. He took great care of our car, answered all of our questions, and completed the services on time. The showroom and service garages appeared to be military-clean and well maintained. This location obviously takes pride in their business and it shows in how well they treat their guests and customers. Thank you Ed for making a routine visit such a pleasure! They are not responsive, their phone system is impossible, and their approach is "take it or leave it". They offered me a deal in March and then told me it was not available in April....basically laughing at me for not acting in March. I knew I wasn't buying from them again. I called this dealership and Lisa Blair was a breath of fresh air on the phone. Courteous, responsive, and good follow-through. I went in and Frankie did my lease in 30 minutes. More

I leased my 2015 Fiat 500 sport from this dealership and every experience, from an oil change to repairing a recalled part to returning phone calls when he says he will, has been top notch. Everyone who works at this particular dealership in San Diego is extremely nice. They even welcomed my little dog, who has a penchant for spreading joy wherever he goes. 'Chuck' gets an A+ for running the BEST service department, and also being a very decent human who sticks to his word. Thanks so much! More

Charles Kempf, the service manager, oversaw the repair which was dealt with efficiently and effectively while I waited in reception. It's a pleasant environment and I was able to catch up several work tasks on my computer during the hour or so I was there. I'll definitely take my vehicle there for its next scheduled service. More
