She listens to you carefully and knows exactly what you are looking for. There is no beating around the bush. If you are in the market for an Alfa Romeo, forget about other dealerships. I made a mistake of checking with another dealer in San Diego and my experience was the opposite. With Maryam, I felt like whatever I asked for, she delivered. I bought a beautiful Stelvio at an unbeatable price. The General Manager, Tom, made this all happen and I really appreciate his professionalism and sense of humor. He showed u We walked into the dealership in the rain, wanting to look at the Alfa Romeo Giulia. We were greeted by Ryan and felt welcomed right away. He showed us the cars on the floor, going through all the specifics of what each car offered as well as what could be added depending on what I wanted. The test drive in the rain was a thrilling experience and Ryan really let me know what the car could do. He was patient and answered every single one of my million questions (some I am sure more than once). He provided me with the brochure so that I could look at the options on my own time and provided me the opportunity to have fun with the whole experience and build my own car. He was accommodating and patient, never rushed us through and out the door like some other dealerships had. He stayed at the dealership until the very last minute, making sure that I had everything I needed before I left in my new baby! I love my new car! More

Bait and Switch Lease Return I am so disappointed and frankly disgusted at how I was treated at this dealership. After contacting them in advance, and getting confirmation from Ra I am so disappointed and frankly disgusted at how I was treated at this dealership. After contacting them in advance, and getting confirmation from Ramona Shaw that I could return my leased Fiat 500e to them "no problem" even though I didn't get a pre-lease inspection, I drove there from Escondido only to find they would not accept the car. The receptionist greeted me with a smile, but as soon as I said I was there to return a leased car, her tone changed and she became very stern. She said they wouldn't accept the car because I didn't have a pre-lease inspection completed (xxx - I expressly asked about that!). I explained that I couldn't get the inspection because Chrysler Capital (lessor) did not have any appointments available for the "foreseeable future" - - I even offered to get Chrysler Capital on the phone so they could hear that directly from the source. Besides, as I explained to them, the pre-inspection is not required (per the lease terms) and is for my protection, not theirs so they really have no reason to insist upon it. I had photographed and video taped the condition of the car in detail (as Chrysler Capital advised). Ramona and the receptionist refused to discuss it with me or Chrysler Capital. I asked to speak to a manager. The general manager was not present and they refused to allow me to speak with the manager on duty (Tom Baxter), saying he was busy with new deals. I left in disgust and called Chrysler Capital again (from the parking lot), and they AGAIN confirmed they could not schedule a pre-inspection, and they called the manager on duty, Tom Baxter (while I was sitting outside in the dealership parking lot) and asked them to please take the car. They refused. Tom Baxter told Chrysler Capital they would accept the car if I brought it back with a pre-inspection certificate (easy to say after Chrysler told him they cannot schedule one anytime soon). If (and that's a huge IF) I can actually get a pre-lease inspection completed (I have escalated at Chrysler), I have zero confidence this dealer won't change the story again if I show up with the certificate and try to return the car. Even though this is the dealer where I got the lease originally, they refused to take the car back per the lease terms. I've checked with 3 other dealers and they'll only take cars back from their own customers. So, basically, I'm stuck. My advice - - stay away from this dealer. Unless you feel 110% confident you will never need them for anything after you buy the car, I would steer clear. And definitely do NOT lease a car from these people. More
