Lulu, Thank you for taking the time to post a review! As part of the finance process we submit the car deal to several banks in the effort to get you the best rate and deal. You may be concerned about the multiple inquiries and that is understandable, however when applying for an auto loan; multiple inquiries in a short period is expected and does not affect your credit the way that you think it does or at all in most cases. You can go to https://www.myfico.com/credit-education/credit-checks/credit-report-inquiries/ to learn more. Because financing is something that is done outside of the dealership (ie bank or other lender) we are required to comply by their standards and rules including any oddities that may appear. It was unfortunate that we could not come to an accord on such an oddity. Though you should be pleased to know that a check has been cut and signed for the window tint that you purchased. In the future you can get financing through your own bank prior to purchase, there are Pros and Cons to this approach but it may fall more in-line with the procedure that you were expecting. I am glad to see that we are paying you for the window tint that you had installed! If you have any more concerns a member of our management is always here to help you (817-367-1000)!

Hi, Jay! I want to apologize for the experience that you describe. Rest assured, this is not how we conduct business and I'm sorry for all the confusion. I appreciate your taking the time to post a review on all of our online sites but, I must admit, I'm having a difficult time trying to find any details about your visits to the dealership. I'm not pulling up your information in our database. I do see the online application that you submitted but that's where the road ends. Our credit provider is setup to do an automatic pull anytime an application comes in but, aside from that pull, I don't see where anyone from my finance team actually submitted anything to a lender for approval. I've gone so far as to release the salesperson that you were working with but that's left me with a number of unanswered questions. I've tried calling you to discuss your visits and, hopefully, have an opportunity to turn things around. I will send you a message with my cell phone number and I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
