I went to the Mercedes Akron dealer for my Mercedes c300. Everything was fine, I was able to get my coolant fixed(I’ve been here several times and had a loaner). When I returned my car the rep called me 15 m Everything was fine, I was able to get my coolant fixed(I’ve been here several times and had a loaner). When I returned my car the rep called me 15 minutes later accusing me of smoking in the car. I do not smoke, nor did my brother who was the only person other than myself in the vehicle. I told her several times and she insisted and was aggressive that it was smoked in. Again, the car was not smoked in, she said there were things resembling ashes on the floor. She said she would talk to the manager. I have bought and serviced my vehicles with Mercedes for 8 years and never had an issue with a rep until now. I will NOT be servicing my vehicle at Mercedes Akron again, nor will I ever buy a Mercedes from that dealer as I feel targeted. I have had previous issues with the same rep not wanting to help with my cpo warranty but since it was able to be figured out I let it go, as far as this I felt disrespected and spend too much money here to be treated like that.
