Couple that, or triple/quad that, with your Service Department at your St. Louis, MN location and its accurate upkeep of my Fiat vehicles (one in Minnesota and one in Illinois) then you have a script about a loyal customer 360-degree evaluation that should be mirrored throughout your corporation. Andrew Piper always displays professional courtesy with vehicle explanations either in person or by text/email. Of course, I do not know your human resources policies on salary compensations/commissions; however, I recommend you increase or at least provide a monetary incentive (money always matters) to Mr. Piper. And no I am not his mother/aunt/nana!😊 More

Excellent service, as always! Excellent service- I wouldn't trust my previous 500 Sport nor my current 500 Abarth to anyone else. They know their FIAT's. Had a fog lamp burned out Excellent service- I wouldn't trust my previous 500 Sport nor my current 500 Abarth to anyone else. They know their FIAT's. Had a fog lamp burned out but they didn't just replace the bulb; the car got a complete inspection like they always do and I got the car back far cleaner than when I brought it in. It's out of my way to get to this dealership (there are some much closer to me) but the added peace of mind makes it well worth it and it's why I keep coming back (six years now) for service. A tip of the hat to Matt and Jake. More
