Mr. Hermes answered my questions regarding the 2016 FIAT 500 Turbo that had caught my eye on the web, he listened patiently to my chatting about the beloved old Cooper I would be replacing, he let me test-drive the new beast to my heart’s content, and, though he’d singled out a backup buy— a slightly newer 500– he made no attempt to pressure me into buying anything other than the sassy black 500 I’d come to see. He treated me with enthusiasm and respect; in short, he was utterly a professional and decent guy, as was Edward Hagen, who finalized the sale the following week. The dealership itself is clean and welcoming, with a comfortable waiting area, good coffee, and an eye-catching array of the latest, spiffiest “toys” from Alfa Romeo and FIAT on the small but well-organized showfloor.
