When we purchase vehicles we already know what we want before entering a showroom. Our sales rep, Dean, was very inviting and easy to talk with. We appreciated the attitude to please the client without the typical sales aggression. If Dean didn't know something about the BMW he was honest and found out the info quickly. Any minor issues noted about the car were immediately addressed and resolved by Dean and Alex Acosta. We have no hesitation in recommending this dealership along with the staff we interacted with. Debacle with my tires. Did not inform me they were dangerously worn on recent warranty brake fix. Returned when pressures low (leak), ordered new ones, but wrong tires delivered.
