Alfa Romeo Maserati Stuart responded

Was able to assist the customer with the issues, vehicle was shipped to out of state and transport company drained the fuel from the vehicle because of their regulations, books, binder covers and an extra key needed to be ordered from the manufacturer in Italy and that was time consuming which the customer did not take into consideration, was able to correct the issues that were created by previous manager and third party vendor insuring that the customer was completely satisfied, made sure that everything that was due to the customer was delivered to 100 % satisfaction. It is the way we manage the store, aim at overdelivering to the customer for complete satisfaction. Sincerely, Carlos Campo, Stuart Alfa Romeo Maserati.
