I called about an escalade I saw on autotrader. Talked to Tony the salesman who said he could hold it for me for $250 deposit until I got a chance to come look at it in person. Went to look at it, agreed on Tony the salesman who said he could hold it for me for $250 deposit until I got a chance to come look at it in person. Went to look at it, agreed on a price with Tony and shook on it. Next thing I knew he said that his boss was on the phone and wanted to talk to me. His boss basically said he couldn't do the deal for what Tony said and that I was going to pay this x amount for it. I told him that I couldn't do it for that price, then he proceded to yell at me and tell me that I wasn't going to get my deposit back. When asked about the deal that was already agreed upon he said that "he's the boss" and that Tony didn't have the authority to do this. So you have a car salesman that doesn't have the authority to sell cars!?!? After leaving I called to talk to a manager about the incident. It was obvious that the manager was already filled in on the situation, and was combative and stand-offish right from the start. I've encountered more professionalism at Wal-Mart!!!! More

bought a truck that i was told went through shop and anything wrong was fixed took truck home and found the brakes were metal to metal ,chewed up rotors ,dash lights that didnt work,windshield washers d anything wrong was fixed took truck home and found the brakes were metal to metal ,chewed up rotors ,dash lights that didnt work,windshield washers didnt work,parking light lens on right front was full of water ,bulb burned out .i talked to scott about the brake problem he told me to have it fixed and send him the bill ,have not seen the money yet called left messages no return call i think the BBB needs called next More
