Shady business and full of lies We purchased a 2015 jeep grand Cherokee SRT from here. When we test drove it the service traction light was on. Their service department was closed for the evening but they told us if we purchase they will pay to have the issue fixed since we are over 3hrs away from home. We agreed and purchased the vehicle, took the vehicle to a local garage and it needed a need module and also had a pinched wire. Total cost was almost $700, I told them and they said they are only paying $300 so we got stuck with the other $400. They were to finance the taxes in with the vehicle and mail us a check so we could pay the sales tax in our state to register the vehicle and along with that check the $300 check was to be with it. We got the check for taxes but no $300, when I called they "forgot" so we go to register the vehicle, they didn't file the paperwork right for the title so we could not register it until the title was sent. The temp plate is about to expire so I contact them and tell them what is going on and they refuse to issue another temp tag until we get there mistake resolved once again. So in return until we get the title issue fixed and get it registered we have a vehicle that can not be driven, that's wonderful seeing as it is a daily driver. Stay away from these clowns, stay far away! More

Great Dealership rude Salesman Drove 3 hours out to Diesels Direct with my boyfriend and his friend just to get there and have eyes rolled at us. The salesman that he spoke with the day before to make sure the truck would still be there wasn't going to let him test drive the truck because of his age. He's a working 19 year old who needed a truck to haul with, since his old truck wasn't having it. After about 10 minutes of arguing Chip decided to go get the keys to the truck and didn't even go with us on the test drive. We got back and my boyfriend wanted to start negotiating on the truck. Which there was none of. Long story short my boyfriend got the truck after being treated like a child. We got it back home and he didn't have a keyless entry. He called good ole Chip to get the keyless entry and he would only give it to us if he received a good review from us but he never sent the link. My boyfriend had to call again this week to find out the name of the previous owner so he can switch over his tuner in the truck. Well Chip brought up again that he would only give it to him if he gave him a good review! How unprofessional! When he finally did give him the name he gave us only the last name. Called where the truck had work on it before and they said they have that last name spelled backwards as a first name! How ridiculous that this man had to be so rude and childish as to give my boyfriend a backwards first name as a supposed last name?! Chip was rude and unprofessional from the very beginning and it was asinine and still is! My boyfriend went and gave diesels direct a great review for their amazing selection of trucks and he always recommends his friends there! However he gave Chip a fair and honest review as to how he was treated by this salesman. And the review was deleted! Nothing bad at all was said about the dealership and he was just honest about how he was treated. As soon as he hit submit he got a phone call from Chip calling him a punk and every other name in the book. Honestly wish we could've recorded it so you could hear what this GROWN MAN called a 19 year old who bought an almost brand new truck from the dealership he works at where I'm sure he also got some commission. If that is how you treat customers than you do not deserve your job sir. So displeased and disgusted with him. Every customer that walks into somewhere needs to be treated the same. That was not the case with Chip and am severely disappointed with that. More
