I put $500 down to hold the car and bought a plane ticket. Craig picked me up at the airport. He is a good guy. I test drove the car and we worked on a final price which wasn't a painful experience like the usual dealership experience. He fed me lunch while waiting on paperwork. Then the dreaded finance/ paperwork came. It was amazing and pain free. Dawn their finance lady was on point and quick. They got me on the road with a carwash and a full tank of gas. traded a truck for a yukon xl 2500 I drove all the way up there from Cincinnati Ohio to basically to trade in our 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 for a 2007 GMC Yukon XL 2500 they had on their webs I drove all the way up there from Cincinnati Ohio to basically to trade in our 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 for a 2007 GMC Yukon XL 2500 they had on their website for a while. I kept checking to see if it was for sale and finally made the decision to drive up there with my father and take a look at it. It said on the website that it was "spotless"...new tires etc. I traded in a truck with 100K miles, it was newer, but did have two issues...rust starting by gas tank and a small tear in driver seat. The salesman I was dealing with (I cannot remember his name) was probably the worst salesman I have ever dealt with in my life. I ended up purchasing the Yukon, only to get it home and so many things started going wrong in the first 5 days I had it...here is the list!!! The ABS brake light came on, hood latch was broken which doesn't allow you to use the key fob to lock/unlock doors because the alarm goes off due to the hood being "open", the "NEW TIRES" were not new tires, in fact I had to have them replaced 6 months later when my repairman told us they were totally DRY ROTTED and useless. The A/C blew 6 months after I got it, I could go on and on....I noticed on paperwork with my husband and I did the deal that they did the deal incorrectly...as far as the trade and the "deal"...I SO SO SO SO SO wish I would have kept our BEAUTIFUL YELLOW DODGE RAM and not traded it in on this hunk of junk that was SUPER OVER PRICED TO BEGIN WITH!!!!! Keep looking if you stumble across this dealership!!! More
