We drove from Winchester, Va to Alexandria Toyota because of the great reviews on the internet and it was well worth the trip. Two years ago, one of my Toyota Prius headlights failed. When I took it in to Alexandria Toyota for replacement, the estimated cost was around $300! My service manager, Paul Sonnhalter, felt the replacement cost was way out of line so he inquired further. In fact, I think he spent most of the day making phone calls to solve the problem. When I returned to pick up the car, I was only charged $129.17, thanks entirely to Paul's efforts. According to a recent letter I received from Toyota, customers may have had to unnecessarily pay for a part related to headlight repairs made to 2006-09 Prius'. Toyota is now reimbursing customers for the part. Had it not been for Paul, I would have had to pay a small fortune for the headlight. Although there are several Toyota dealerships closer to where I live, I drive past them on my way to Alexandria Toyota where I receive outstanding customer service from Paul and the Platnium team of service technicians.
