Very personable, very knowledgeable about the cars and the financing. Kudos and thanks to Oliver Agular. What a great experience for a first time car buyer. Actually times two since we have bought a scion and a corolla in the last three months. My service visits have been consistantly positive. That included scheduled maintainence and, especially, when if my car has a problem (noise, leak). Service takes me right in and either provides a ride or a loaner car. I can't emphasize enough how important that is to me. If an error is made, a timely correction is made at no charge. Every singe person is professional, personable, and knowledgable: Paul and Jerry, Glenn, and Susan have been most respectful with a "can-do" attitude. I value the efficiency and effectiveness from each department. Whenever possible, a discount is given on my bill. I'll keep coming back. More

Two years ago, one of my Toyota Prius headlights failed. When I took it in to Alexandria Toyota for replacement, the estimated cost was around $300! My service manager, Paul Sonnhalter, felt the replacement cost was way out of line so he inquired further. In fact, I think he spent most of the day making phone calls to solve the problem. When I returned to pick up the car, I was only charged $129.17, thanks entirely to Paul's efforts. According to a recent letter I received from Toyota, customers may have had to unnecessarily pay for a part related to headlight repairs made to 2006-09 Prius'. Toyota is now reimbursing customers for the part. Had it not been for Paul, I would have had to pay a small fortune for the headlight. Although there are several Toyota dealerships closer to where I live, I drive past them on my way to Alexandria Toyota where I receive outstanding customer service from Paul and the Platnium team of service technicians. On each occasion he has been very up front with me and has done his best to get my car in and out as qu various maintenance items on my 2004 4Runner. I worked with Jennifer Correa on getting inspections and new brake pads for my Tacoma. As it turns out, the brakes were very rusty and took a lot of extra work, but Jennifer would not let them upcharge me new brake pads for my Tacoma. As it turns out, the brakes were very rusty and took a lot of extra work, but Jennifer would not let them upcharge me since they didn't give me advance warning. She took care of me from beginning to end, and I wound up with a great price for all of the work they did. I was nervous about taking it to a dealership for service because I expected inflated prices, but they were very fair and I was extremely pleased. Jennifer was extremely nice and helpful all the way through. I'd recommend the this service facility to anyone, especially if Jennifer takes care of you. More
