For about 5 years, Paul Sonnhalter has been my service advisor. He is extremely knowledgeable and is very easy to communicate with. About two weeks ago, I took my car in (2002 Camry, 135,000 miles) for extensive maintenance. Paul needed it for nearly a week to make all the necessary repairs. Paul supplied me with a free rental car, gave me numerous discounts, and even had the interior of the car cleaned and the exterior washed and polished before I picked it up. My car looked and drove like a new car. I couldn't have asked for better service. Paul even gives out his own cell number if you have a problem contacting him. He is highly recommended. More

I had an accident re-installing one of middle seats and it was locked in a position it was unusable. He had the seat installed correctly in less than 30 minutes. We drove from Winchester, Va to Alexandria Toyota because of the great reviews on the internet and it was well worth the trip. Our salesman William really took great care of us, told us the truth, and gave of the great reviews on the internet and it was well worth the trip.
