Last Friday, I went there to get some information about leasing a car. However, surprisingly, the conditions that they showed me were so terrific that, in the end of the afternoon, I had bought a Toyota Ca leasing a car. I got straight answers from Kenny on invoice pricing and I believe I got a good deal on 2011 Prius. He also helped me after sale figure out how to use some high-tech gagetry. I trusted the repair team leader Manrique and that helped me make a sound decision to buy new versus fix 11-year-old car. My only regret was interest rate higher than anticipated. But that was because I thought I was buying 2010, then first 2011 appeared on lot day of sale and the .9% promo did not apply any more. I bought the longest maintenance and service plan, but I cannot say they pressured me to do so. I thought I would feel worse if I did not buy it and had a major problem in 7 years versus not really needing it at all. More
