When I purchased my Toyota Camry in 2003, my eight years of experience and service with the Service Department personnel at Jack Taylor's Toyota of Alexandria, VA has been nothing short of an excellent and a very rewarding experience. Even when the news was not always necessarily good news, I felt the care and concern, and I knew that I could rely on their expertise and advice regarding my car. This is why although I live in Waldorf, MD, I choose to take my car to Jack Taylor's Toyota of Alexandria, VA, because I know that I will receive outstanding service. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Veerothai for taking care of me and helping me in a very detrimental time of having to apply for an platinum card through Toyota in order to have a used engine placed in my 2003 Toyota Camry. I got straight answers from Kenny on invoice pricing and I believe I got a good deal on 2011 Prius. He also helped me after sale figure out how to use some high-tech gagetry. I trusted the repair team leader Manrique and that helped me make a sound decision to buy new versus fix 11-year-old car. My only regret was interest rate higher than anticipated. But that was because I thought I was buying 2010, then first 2011 appeared on lot day of sale and the .9% promo did not apply any more. I bought the longest maintenance and service plan, but I cannot say they pressured me to do so. I thought I would feel worse if I did not buy it and had a major problem in 7 years versus not really needing it at all. More

I refinanced one car when the lease ended and that took a total of 15 minutes, maybe -- it was very fast! Then I leased a new car for my daughter and she is OVER THE MOON happy with the car. Oliver was very thoughtful and took the time to go over everything important about the car and the manuals with my daughter directly. Finally, I traded in a car I owned for a new car for me! The financing was tricky, but Tom and Cindy worked it out. All 3 of these people really made the whole experience easy and relaxed and even fun! More
