Jack Taylor Toyota/Scion has always given me excellent service, but today they really excelled!! I brought my 2007 Camry Hybrid in on Saturday because the brakes had failed. Paul Sonnhalter not only gav service, but today they really excelled!! I brought my 2007 Camry Hybrid in on Saturday because the brakes had failed. Paul Sonnhalter not only gave me a loaner car for free for four days, but he was able to have Toyota Corporate absorb all of the costs for the brake assembly which would have cost more than $740. I am very lucky that Paul took such good care of me. More
In the past I never felt that I could truly trust going to the dealership. When I go I am alway feel like the best thing is being done for my care without any scams. I came in to have my tires rotated. I contacted Paul Sonnhalter because he was highly recommended for a service adviser. True to what people said, he was a great guy and very easy to work with. Recently, I received a service email follow up from Susan Danfora, Customer Relations Manager. Her message stated in part, ” If for any reason you did not have an "excellent" experience please contact me im Danfora, Customer Relations Manager. Her message stated in part, ” If for any reason you did not have an "excellent" experience please contact me immediately.” I wanted to her to know about the STELLAR and EXCELLENT service I received. I always appreciate the individual and personal attention that is afforded me when I need to bring in my Rav4. As we know, time is valuable when we have only the weekend to get our errands done. Paul Sonnhalter always goes above and beyond to make sure that my car is serviced in a timely manner. I am coming off of being laid off 2x in 2010/2011 and Paul works with me to keep my vehicle running properly by doing the necessary service items. During the time of my layoff, I used an independent garage to do some work as they allowed me to make payments for the work they did. I am now need that work re-done by Paul and his team. I know that it will be correct and Toyota parts will be used to eliminate the issues for me. To that end, I simply wanted to say thank you Paul for being a the service team – you know customer service, listen to your customers and above all, you make me feel like I am the most important person at the moment. Paul Sonnhalter makes the auto service experience painless. I used to dread taking my car (2008 RAV-4) in for routine maintenance, but Paul works hard to make sure the work is done promptly and corr painless. He relates well to the mechanics who will actually do the work, and makes sure they know what is required. He has arranged for a loaner car when I needed one,and at the end of the service appointment, my car is well fixed and always washed. The car is usually ready earlier than promised also! More
I went to Jack Taylor's based on overwhelmingly positive reviews, and I was not disappointed. After speaking with Louis Costley earlier that day I decided to stop in on my way home from work. Although unannounced, he had keys readily available for a couple sedans that surpassed the specifics that I had told him I was looking for. No rush, no pressure - he gave me the keys and with no more than a strong handshake invited me to test drive my choice, check back with him if I had any questions. After I decided on a car that I liked - we negotiated price, trade in value, and after agreeing on numbers we could both live with Louis linked me up with Cindy Weygandt to discuss financing & warrantee. Like Louis, Cindy gave me the impression of genuine caring, presenting multiple options without any pressure when I leaned one way or another. Purchase complete, and without any prompting on my part Louis insisted that I bring back my car later that week to get a free detail, offering a free loaner, before I even thought to ask. I was impressed with their selection, and I love my car, but what really made the difference was the customer service. They got all the little things right, from the cup of coffee, to the complimentary tank of gas. I was raised to believe that the quality of the people you buy from is just as important as the product that you are buying. By far the best service in the area. I had to bring in my Scion for emergency service late in the day, just before closing. It was a critical situation as the driver's seat adjustment lever snapped making my Scion for emergency service late in the day, just before closing. It was a critical situation as the driver's seat adjustment lever snapped making the seat roll uncontrollably. Mr. Paul Sonnhalter, noted the danger of driving the car home in that state, and although it was near the end of the day, Mr. Sonnhalater ensured I received immediate service. I was astounded at the level of quality and professionalism provided by Mr. Sonnhalter and the staff at Scion Dealership. I highly recommend trusting Toyota Dealership for all your automotive services. More
I had visited Jack Taylor's Toyota dealership before, looking to see if I would acquire a car, as I recently moved to Virginia and was without a car for quite some time. I wasn't sure to get a car the first time I visited but regardless, they help you out every time, even if your credit isn't perfect. Mr. Eric Watt helped me both times and this second time, I was sure that I was going to sign if approved because I really needed the car. They're service is unbeatable. They help you out every step of the way. Mr. Eric Watt and the manager were very kind and professional. I absolutely have no complaints. Mr. Aaron Veerothai, who is the Finance Director was also very kind. He treated us with respect and professionalism. He looked for the lowest monthly payment possible on my lease. I went to the delearship pretty late after work and he provided a good monthly payment. However, the next day was Mr. Veerothai's day off and he himself decided to search for a better monthly payment. He called me at work saying that he was able to get me and even lower payment. It went down $69!!! They go out of their way to assist you regardless of your individual needs; they do whatever they can to help you acquire the car that you need. I have never been treated with such kindness and respect in a dealership. He also gave me some coupons to buy at the accesories' shop located onsite. They even offer future car washes to your new car. If you have any questions or doubts, they will help you after the process. Their excellent service doesn't end when you take your car home. It continues all the time. If you are interested in a car, I really hope that you consider Jack Taylor's Toyota of Alexandria. I'm so grateful to them. Both individuals I dealt with at this dealership knew their products, and also knew how to negotiate, but more importantly, both respected that the final decisions were mine to make. I actually enjoyed the bargaining process, due to the high quality of the discussions, and the very satisfactory results. Mr. Cardona was helpful in every way, worked with me until the price was right. and saw to it that the car was ready as quickly as possible. Mr. Khamenian was equally helpful, managed the paperwork smoothly, and adjusted it when I changed my mind about one feature a few hours later. Both made me believe the dealership wanted me as a customer, and wanted me to recommend them to others -- which I'm doing right now! This was an entirely positive experience. More
