If you treat me right, you have my loyalty. People want to buy cars from dealers who they know have been good to their customers. I didn't buy a car from another Hyundai dealer in the Valley, because I witnessed things that I didn't like about how they treated my friend and she will never buy a car from them again. Little things they didn't have to lie about (like the advertised price) or could have done (supply car mats to a used car) to encourage a perfect experience.
