After it had been in the shop for a week, I was told they were still waiting on parts. My truck was drivable and I was paying for a rental vehicle. I would have preferred to postpone the work being started until all parts were available so that it could have been completed in less time. More

Alex Karras Lincoln is the best dealership for sales and service. I purchased my Lincoln here and have been treated like a VIP in the service department. When my car needs to stay overnight I'm offered a loaner car with pick and drop off service. I would not buy or have my car serviced anywhere else.
