Opening the back with only a swipe of my foot is going to be so handy! Removing the welting on the driver seat will make long trips a lot more comfortable. And I love the new screen! More

This experience is new to us and with only a few days behind the wheel I wi We are coming out of nine years driving an MKX and have opted for the MKC. This experience is new to us and with only a few days behind the wheel I will hold judgement until I have time to drive this vehicle around town and on the highway. It has all that the X had but time will tell on the four cylinder,transmission etc.We loved those three X's we had. Tell of the tape will be when I bring it in for my first service appointment, I will know by then. Thanks to Roger Young and the informative Jerry Carroll for their knowledge and expertise on schooling us on the MKC. Always a pleasure doing business at this dealership. Service not ordered, long wait to get car back, not happy Went in for a oil change, told the service writer I did not have time for a service recall, plus everything was working okay, it was a headlight switc Went in for a oil change, told the service writer I did not have time for a service recall, plus everything was working okay, it was a headlight switch, I spent two extra hours waiting for my car, tried to use there website to complaint but no way would they let me post my complaint, they had a disclaimer that did not allow me to tell or post my disappointment with there service department More

We had already visi We visited this dealership on a "Research" trip, as we are considering vehicles to replace our 2015 Cadillac SRX next (2017) June. We had already visited local BMW, Jaguar, Audi, and Cadillac dealers, where we had helpful and informative sales persons. We had also visited another nearby Lincoln dealer, where the experience was less than POOR! Our experience at Alex Karras was OUTSTANDING! Our initial contact was with Roger Young, friendly, informative, helpful. We went back two days later with additional questions, and were greeted by Jerry Carroll as Roger was off that day. Another outstanding individual. As a result of our experience at Karras, a Lincoln MKX is near the top of our list. (Surprising as it may seem, none of the dealers we visited, with the exception of the poor experience mentioned above, asked for our name, address, or phone number!) NOTE: This review only pertains to sales personnel. As we have not yet purchased a vehicle at this dealership, we cannot evaluate service, or quality of work. More
