I need to purchase a truck next and this is where I will get it from, no doubt. I purchased a pre owner vehicle for my teenage son as a first car. Smooth process, answered all of my questions, sent me a video with vehicle information and to introduce himself. That is what actually brought me in. We test drove 4 vehicles and settled on a pre owned Subaru Legacy and they knew the back story on the vehicle. The Manager was very pleasant and you can see they care about the customer experience. He even threw in the snow tires that went with the car from the previous owner! I had a concern regarding the battery as I had to have AAA jump the car and since we had just purchased it, it should not have that issue. I sent a message regarding my concern and disappointment of the issue just to let them know and I was planning to go to my mechanic for a new battery but they contacted me immediately and had me bring the car in, and took care of it and did not charge me a dime. They figured out the issue was the remote start was draining the battery. We decided to unhook it for now and we will have it replaced this fall. It will be around $400-$500 for a replacement but the Manager said they would take care of it. I told him I wasn’t worried about that and we will figure it out this fall. They really are great to work with and they are very fair with folks. Oh, and they even gave me a coupon for a free car wash! I cannot wait to get my Truck from there next! Michelle Chamberlain More

Needed a wheel bearing and rear brakes before a trip. Alderman’s was very quick at diagnosing the issues / calling me that morning, getting the parts in, taking payment over the phone, and having it all done by the time I was off work. More
