Sent the following email and have not received a response: Good Morning Mr. Alderman, I have included you in a couple of previous emails regarding my situation. I bought a pre-owned certifie response: Good Morning Mr. Alderman, I have included you in a couple of previous emails regarding my situation. I bought a pre-owned certified Toyota Avalon Hybrid a couple months ago and have been overall happy with my purchase. In fact, my wife and I had the pleasure of meeting you the day we picked it up. Jacobe was our salesman and did an excellent job. However, I have expressed my concern with the scratches from the moment I saw the vehicle. Jacobe was quick to assure me that this was nothing to worry about and the scratches could be "buffed out" when I picked up the vehicle.. I was scheduled to get the vehicle early in the week, but it kept getting delayed by your body shop. I was eventually told that the vehicle would be ready on that Friday. When my wife and I arrived, we discovered that they "ran out of time" to buff out the scratches. I again asked Jacobe if he was sure these scratches would come out and he again reassured me that they would. I was about to take tomorrow morning off from work to make the trip, but thought I would reach out to you first. I am beyond disappointed that I have to take time off work to get this done. This is an extremely busy time for me. I have asked Jacobe previously if the work could be done by another Toyota dealership in my area. Both Northway and North Country Toyota are within a few miles of me, which Jacobe maintained was not a possibility. I apologize for the long email, but before I made the trip and took time off work, I wanted to make one last effort with the hope that you would better accommodate me. I would also be open to using a rental while the work is being done if you could deliver it. I feel strongly that I should not have to be inconvenienced by something that was supposed to already be done when I picked up the vehicle. Thank you in advance for your consideration. More
