I had my worst experience with them for the first time. This is what happened and what didn’t. I believe I have a 25,000 warranty and when I showed up for my 20,000 mile service I had to pay. My car hasn’t This is what happened and what didn’t. I believe I have a 25,000 warranty and when I showed up for my 20,000 mile service I had to pay. My car hasn’t reached 9000 miles. No one advised me of the charge until I got there! The representative kept trying to upsell me, all the while.confusing me. She also did me a “favor” and had them clean the drivers seat. The seat was wet! Unfortunately, I didn’t think to check that before I sat down. She also did not put a mask on even though I was wearing one. The car wash wasn’t working, As I sat waiting for the gate to open, the technician informed me it was a new system, I overheard a man saying “this is a good time for a training session”. I was told to come the next day ( I live 30 miles away). The technician was very nice. Question, do I need an oil change at 3 months? I was told the oil was good for 10,000 miles. Should a new car with 9000 miles need new wipers? Should they have called me back when I wanted rain guards put on? The first time I called they hadn’t been manufactured yet and the second time they didn’t have any in stock yet. I gave up calling.
