Harris - It's concerning to read this feedback, and I am very sorry you've been experiencing issues with your vehicles. I can assure you customer satisfaction is our priority, and we work hard to provide excellent service. After looking up your records, we can determine that your service appointment for your 2017 Tacoma was for a frame spray on your truck. Some of the models for that year already came with a frame spray prior to shipment, and your vehicle was one of those. All we needed to do was to seal the plugs on your vehicle. Your vehicle did not need a whole frame spray. Your concerns are important to us, and I think it would be best if we spoke directly to see what we can do to improve for you moving forward and regain your confidence.
