My car wan't fixed right the first time. So, I had to take it back and then pay the diagnostic fee, if they find ONE thing that was different than the original repair. Communication wasn't great either, considering I had to keep my car there for a few nights. I've had better service with Alderman in the past, but was disappointed, this series (since I had my car there a few times for the same concerns). More

Took my vehicle to Alderman Automotive because my daughter had issues with the speed. They allowed us to bring the car in immediately and took up to 48 hours to test and ensure everything was fine. daughter had issues with the speed. Overall, very good service. Alex tried to persuade me to purchase a new set of Michelin tires. I was told when I purchased my vehicle the tires were new.
