Our family-owned and operated dealership looks forward to giving the Indy area the same quality of service that the 2 generations of Alderman's before us provided. Jerry Alderman, our grandfather, ventured into this business in 1953 and established Alderman Ford. He was dedicated to running the dealership differently than his competitors by creating & maintaining relationships with customers and providing products they could stand behind. One of the biggest things that set Alderman apart from everyone else in the industry was the meaning of their handshake. If offered a handshake, rest assured you were shaking the hand of someone with integrity. Our father, Gary, took over the dealership in 1967 and continued to run the dealership the "Alderman Way" by embracing those same fundamentals until he retired in 2005. Fast forward 12 years and Alderman Automotive opened its doors. We successfully continue to base our name and company on the same principles that the two generations before us did. We are honored to be "back in the business" and continue to share the Alderman name with our community, both near and far.

Our Lot Porter came to pick up your vehicle as a courtesy. Earlier that day the service writer that you spoke with informed you that your truck would not be done today and your exact response was that you would come pick it up tomorrow morning. Then you called multiple people at our dealership cussed them out said you were going to bury the general manager in a hole if you didn’t get your truck back and you were going to bill us $200 an hour for every hour that your truck was gone. I’m not sure why you would say the very disrespectful and negative things that you said but no business operates that way and no one gave you any expectation, other than it would be ready tomorrow morning. Unfortunately, with your very aggressive threats you’re not allowed back on our property.

I am not sure what to even say. Who does the things you do. You told our manager that he didn’t know who he was messing with and that you would bury him in a hole. You stated you recorded that call. Did you tell the police that you said that? We feel now the safety of our employee are at risk.

Where do we as a dealership even begin with a review like this. Customer bought a car and then days later had buyers remorse. Then when she learned she couldn’t return the car she decided to bash the dealership because that is what grown adults do. Make up lies and have people call and email in bad things. Then publicly admit the car they traded in had problems. No person ever said they didn’t want this Jeep because it had problems. They said since we wouldn’t let them rerun it then they didn’t want to buy from us. It’s funny how everything is great with our dealership until the customer doesn’t get whatever they want. We have 95% plus customer satisfaction rating. Yet this customer says we don’t yet we do when they get their way. So which is it customer? Who is covering up issue on the Jeep???? No this dealership clearly tue customer did by trading it in. Erick is the GM of the dealership and he did call the customer back. The customer knows he did they just don’t want to be truthful because they didn’t get their way. Instead of telling the truth and voice the experience they result in lies. This is the world we live in. There is no accountability.

I want everyone to know that Eric Bradford did finally speak to me after I wrote this review and posted it on here, Yelp and Google. Eric Bradford was extremely rude and very unprofessional and threatened me several times. As above was written by Eric Bradford. This is a very typical response of a used car salesman who got called out, because he didn’t do his job! Sorry Eric Bradford this is the world we live in with horrible customer service, and not held accountable for your actions! Do better Sir! Please be aware!

Yes you were contacted by the General Manager of the company. As would any manager when they see blatant false attack on the company they work for when a customer doesn’t get what they want. We are accountable for our actions. You came to our place of business and took a test drive of the vehicle, and then drove it on an extended test drive for over an hour then came back and decided that was vehicle that you wanted and bought it. We didn’t force anyone to buy anything. All on your own free will. Then you just wanted to return it after owning it. Take accountability for your actions as a consumer that willfully chose to buy a car. In the customer service industry we are used to customers having remorse down the road after they buy a car. It’s ok to feel frustrated. Please be an adult and express factual frustration. Please stop lying about this company.
