Prior to the sale, The salesman told me that everything worked on the vehicle. Unfortunately, I was misinformed. The sunroof is not operational. When I brought that information to the salesman's attenti worked on the vehicle. Unfortunately, I was misinformed. The sunroof is not operational. When I brought that information to the salesman's attention, he stated it was an as-is sale and they would not repair or troubleshoot without charging me for diagnosis or the repair of the sunroof. The salesman offered to check the fuses if I brought the vehicle to him. I live 150 miles away from their dealership. In my opinion that is an not acceptable. I am dissatisfied with their response to this issue. More

They got me in immediately when the dealer said a week. Communicated daily and repairs were done in two days. Unfortunately about three weeks the same problem reappeared. Found out that it was a faulty part that was delivered to Alderman. They had the vehicle towed and replaced the part the next day. At no charge. I will continue to use Alderman in the future. More

Over all I’m very disappointed in this car and dealership. I feel it was totally misrepresented. It needed many things for the price I paid. My salesman Chris was great on the phone. Some dealership. I feel it was totally misrepresented. It needed many things for the price I paid. My salesman Chris was great on the phone. Some of the issues. The drivers door was sprung and does not line up. The door needs to be lifted about a half inch to close. This action caused paint damage to the door frame on the drivers side. The trunk was miss aligned or sprung and does not lock. The trunk is twisted as it sits in place by on half inch. The vehicle was never safety checked or serviced for resale to be allowed on the road. It has the original tires on it, date coded 2007 (a safety issue). It still has the original oil. This is evident by a large oil filter pressed tight against the frame and dirty oil on the dip stick. The radiator tank was bone dry. The transmission has a fluid leak that drips on the garage floor. I WAS CHARGED $299 for a dealer add on Scam for security numbers on vehicle parts that was not added nor was I given the info for the company that provided the service. I WAS CHARGED $2000 for shipping the vehicle. When I contacted the shipping company, I was told the cost was $1500. Now the car is in the shop due to needing an alignment and play in the front end steering. During this inspection it was found that the rear suspension neoprene bushings have rotted out and need to be replaced as they crumbled in my hands. I was told by Chris Evans that the car was pristine and needed nothing and had been serviced, as are all vehicles sold at the dealership. All of these issues would have been found during the safety inspection / vehicle inspection. I am asking to be contacted to help resolve these issues. I called Chris on Monday. The phone went to voicemail where I left a message asking to be contacted. Tuesday was his day off. I still haven’t heard from him. Today is the 5th day with no reply. I am very disappointed with the way your dealership does business. I truly hope we can handle these issues on this LEVEL with your assistance in this matter.
