Incredible Parts Department I have been to many parts departments at many dealerships, or should I say stealerships. I dreaded every time I needed an OEM part. Terrible prices an I have been to many parts departments at many dealerships, or should I say stealerships. I dreaded every time I needed an OEM part. Terrible prices and terrible service, no one knows what they are talking about, wrong parts ordered all the time. The Wakefield Subaru dealership however is amazing, I pretty much use only Subaru parts on my WRX now because it is always a pleasure. Jeremy really knows what he is talking about and he is incredibly helpful, never had a wrong part ordered from there, and I spend thousands of my dollars there. Prices are great as well for OEM parts. I am not paid or anything to write this interview, these guys just really deserve some recognition for always being super helpful and for being true car guys who I can actually talk engine building details with. Thank you for not being a bunch of idiots who know how to poorly type words into a search bar, I'll continue to come back as long as I drive a Subaru. More
Belongings got stolen while serviced I brought my car for services and my belongings was taken from my car! I informed a Service Manager and he said he would look at CCTV and identify a t I brought my car for services and my belongings was taken from my car! I informed a Service Manager and he said he would look at CCTV and identify a theft. He came back to me and said the CCTV caught nothing because it could not record activities inside the car when it was serviced. He promised me an oil change with no charge. After some 6K miles passed, I called back and asked for it. Called and left messages twice, never call back and seem I was avoided. So I went elsewhere fro the oil change because I don't want my thing stolen from my car. More
Do Not Give These People Your Money I love my Subaru Legacy, but this dealership is terrible. I recommend purchasing a Subaru, but do it somewhere else. The Bluetooth in my car sporadically stops working. I took my car back to this dealership FOUR TIMES and each time they said they fixed it, but the problem persists. I'm writing this review because I gave up on bringing my car back to them. Please heed my advice and do not give this dealership your money. More
Help when needed. I had an inspection, but failed due to inner balding of the tire. Did not want to be driving with the red "R" although I needed to as it is my only transportation for work, so I called Subaru. Called the service department, female operator picked up, and asked regarding a tire service adding on about my situation regarding the red "R". So, I asked about tires and talked to Brandon in the parts department, answered all my questions gave all the price even the total estimate, then proceeded back to the the service female operator, I asked if I can drop the car off today and get a loaner vehicle and leave my vehicle there until it was able to get it service and was willing to pay the days rented, but she just flat out said "no"... So I was in a panic because I didn't want to drive with a rejected sticker. Later, asked to be transferred the parts talking Brandon regarding the tires since he had a set reserved for me to be canceled but I explained my exact same situation and understood my issue, so he kindly went and done more than I expected and talked to the service department and managed to get me in that day, also somehow got a loaner vehicle available.... when the female said no prior. If it weren't for Brandon I would be a mess. Friendly, helpful, and very professional, and went beyond what was asked. More
Jeremy in Parts and Accessories - He is the best! I discovered that I was missing the key for my locking lug nuts right before a trip to Montreal. It wasn't in my glove box or the wheel well of my Cr I discovered that I was missing the key for my locking lug nuts right before a trip to Montreal. It wasn't in my glove box or the wheel well of my Crosstrek. I worried during the entire trip - what would happen if I got a flat? Within the week of my return I was at the parts department talking with Jeremy about my missing "key". He asked me some questions, went away, came back and said "I checked with the mechanic that installs them for your salesman and he doesn't put them anywhere different. Can I go out to your car with you and just check for them?" So off we went. Jeremy checked the glove compartment, raised up the lid on the wheel well for the spare tire. No key. We came back and off he went to talk to someone else. When he came back we discussed what I could do short of having the key remade. Jeremy said that I could buy another set of lug nuts at cost and that the service manager wouldn't charge to take the old ones off and put these new ones on. They just couldn't do it today - it was 3:30." No problem. I can schedule a convenient time. Jeremy was polite, concerned, and accommodating! He went out of his way and took the time, even when he had another task to do. I will definitely return to this parts department for all my future needs. More

After waiting in a neat, clean and friendly waiting room, I found my car ready with a long checklist of items that had been completed. It was reassuring to see that my car was in good condition and ready for the road. I will definitely return in the future for any maintenance necessary. More
