I went to the service center to have a part replaced in my car after a stranger damaged it in a rage. The part was unavailable in stores, but several members of the service team quickly pitched in and were my car after a stranger damaged it in a rage. What happened with my car was really upsetting and the support I received from the service team made things so much easier to deal with.
