New CD player was supposed to be ordered for my 2005 Chevrolet Equinox in March 2005. As of April 26, no one called nor mailed any notice to me as to when the CD player would be available. Despite seve Chevrolet Equinox in March 2005. As of April 26, no one called nor mailed any notice to me as to when the CD player would be available. Despite several phone calls. I sent the service manager Steve Rivera a letter on the matter and he never bothered to even read it until he happened to answer his phone. He then decided to look through his stack of correspondence and found the complaint. He stated that someone should have called me or mailed something to me informing me that the CD player was available. He was not apologetic, nor offered to make someone available to do the installation despite the lengthy wait. I plan to also contact the Department of Consumer Affairs as well as the owner of the dealership. He doesn't deserve the title of manager. Any representation of quality customer care went straight down the tubes, and I hold the service manager accountable. More
