First of all the service department was great, Mark Divanna was very helpful and obviously knowledgeable. He understood how important my jeep wrangler was to me and he took wonderful car of my car. Both of all cars were fixed quickly and expertly. The sales department were also wonderful, A big shout out to Jacob King who was so patient and nice about finding the exact car that I wanted. He has made several follow up calls to make sure that we were still pleased. Hanna Cook was there when we picked up the car as Jacob was off. She was great and finally thank you Dustin Speights with all your help. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with any of them again. Great experience!!! More

Recall turned out to not be a Simple Process What was thought to be a simple recall didn't turn out to be simple. BUT, with all the kinks of a new business I can't complain about the service Robb What was thought to be a simple recall didn't turn out to be simple. BUT, with all the kinks of a new business I can't complain about the service Robbie and Kristina gave me in the service department. My recall on our Jeep was repaired promptly with my appointment, but for unforeseen results the recalled replacement part ended up being defective. Which led to our Jeep being unsafe to drive until another replacement part could arrive to the dealership. It took a little bit of time, but Kristina got all the kinks worked out and was able to get me into a Rental Car that day, so I was not left without a vechicles to drive. It took some time with the Hurricane weather to get a new replacement part in, but that is something no one had control over, and was still able to arrive later in the week. While waiting for the recall Robbie was able to locate an additional concern on our Jeep to be able to fix a seal leak, until a backordered part can arrive for a permanent fix to leaking hatchback seal. It took one week to get through the obstacles of a recall, but all in all it was done in a time frame that was manageable, and the Rental Vechicle eased the stress greatly. Upon picking up our Jeep Robbie graciously had our car detailed on top of getting the issues fixed. I will be bringing my vechicles back to be serviced here in the future. More
