I wouldn’t have known about these prices if I didn’t thoroughly check over the financing sheet. Overall, I got back down to the sticker price and I had no complaints. Decided to start exploring value options on the second when the Sales manager was asked to give a value of a used car that was being considered as a possible trade in. Sales Manager MK presented a low estimate based on KBB and insisted on knowing the lien amount before proceeding any further. I repeatedly told him to use his estimate on the table to give an estimated total for our consideration on his new vehicle. He stated he could not do this because he may have rebates that he could apply. I asked what the used car would have to do with rebates toward his new vehicle. I asked why he wouldn’t apply the rebates either way. After the Sales Manager MK stated he had 18 years of experience and yet displayed unprofessional behavior, I too became irate and reciprocated. I headed to the door as MK was shouting at us. This visit will be remembered. More
