I brought my car in for a simple repair for a check engine light. The technician mentioned that the car was 2 quarts. Over filled. I was never told how this was determined. Shortly after receiving my car back the engine developed a load knocking noise. I brought the car back and was told the oil was 2 quarts. Low. I asked if that could have been the oil they removed and they denied that it had anything to do with the work they performed. This was less than 1000 miles after getting the car back. The chance that the motor ate 2 quarts of oil. I made a claim with the Bureau of automotive repair and it was determined that there was fault on Albany Subaru they still denied their responsibility. I'm suing them for damages. Don't let this happen to you go to a different certified mechanic that has pride in quality service. This place charges a premium for repair and in my experience does mediocre quality work. More

Over charged for everything. Smog test for $89.99, plus certificate, plus another $89.99 to retest when it is a new car with no problems. Went elsewhere and got it for $47.00 out the door.
