Dave was nice enough, but when I can back with my husband to look at the car and test drive it, he was busy so we got George. George did not seem to know the features that came with the Leaf's different mod to look at the car and test drive it, he was busy so we got George. George did not seem to know the features that came with the Leaf's different models. I say this because, when he came back with a price much higher then was advertised, he told me what was advertised was for a S model. When I said fine show me an S, he told me that would not have electric windows (not true) and I would not be able to use a quick port station. George said I would only be able to charge the car at home. All Leaf's can be charged with a 220 station (that is what most free charging stations are) The 440 port is not standard but there are few 440 chargers out there at this time. After waiting again for over 20 minutes to get a second offer I left. I received a call later stating they were able to get the offer to 209.00 a month with $5500. trade in for a two year lease! Went to Wilsonville Nissan today was given the same trade in value, my two year lease for the top of the line model with leather interior and 12000 miles per year was just $96.00. No game playing in Wilsonville. Hassel free HONEST and enjoyable experience. Did everything over the internet and was in and out with the car in about 60 minutes. More
The first Salesperson did not know what he was talking about or he was the hook, but do have to lie to us to get us to shop at Nissan and when it comes to the price agreed on I would never want to go thro about or he was the hook, but do have to lie to us to get us to shop at Nissan and when it comes to the price agreed on I would never want to go through that again. I got my blood pressure all wound up, next time stick to the price agreed on. Bill Hoffmann More
I test drove some one's Leaf for only 5 minutes & wanted to know more about it since the driver was on a lease agreement & his deal sounded good. After making an inquiry over the internet a rep from wanted to know more about it since the driver was on a lease agreement & his deal sounded good. After making an inquiry over the internet a rep from Alan Webb contacted me for a test drive. My wife & I went in & viewed the lot with 72 Leafs on it, so there was plenty to choose from. We drove one for 1/2 hour & it was slick. Michael gave us rough ideas of lease agreements & they were so good that we nearly upgraded to the max without breaking a sweat. My wife picked the color & options. We went with a model SL that came with leather seats & a Bose sound system. The Leaf is very complex. It is pretty much a computer on wheels. Michael explained everything for about 5 hours. I came in knowing nearly nothing & left with an all electric "space ship on wheels". I didn't feel any pain & I left with no remorse. Financing had 2 bumps which cost me a little extra but it was nothing that would make me reconsider the deal. I've never leased a vehicle so what caught me by surprise is the industry standard that I wasn't aware of. Michael has taken his Leaf to Klamath Falls in one day which is a challenge I'm game for this Thanksgiving. Michael was great to deal with & I love the Leaf!! More

They didn't have my model in stock so "reserved" one on it way for me and had me sign paperwork with the payment terms. But since the actual lease paperwork was not signed, the price went "reserved" one on it way for me and had me sign paperwork with the payment terms. But since the actual lease paperwork was not signed, the price went up despite them saying I was "locked in". In retrospect it was just a trick to keep me from the competition. I ended up getting my car at a different Nissan dealership in the area, but the lease terms (set nationally by NissanUSA) had changed and cost me over a thousand bucks due to the 1-2 week delay caused by Alan Webb's bait and switch tactic. Won't be going back. More
I went to Alan Webb Nissan to lease a new Nissan Leaf. My experience couldn't have been better. Since it's an electric car, things are a little different with the Leaf, and there is a lot to learn about it. Joe was friendly and very knowledgeable, having owned a couple Leafs himself. He taught me everything I needed to know and more, and did it well. Pat was friendly and helpful when it came to closing the deal. He gave me the best price I could've expected. These guys are totally straight shooters, and Pat was up front about what he could and couldn't offer. All in all, I'm thrilled with my Leaf, and with the service I received at Alan Webb Nissan. I'd highly recommend these guys. More
I leased a new Leaf with Alan Webb Nissan and it was, by far, the best experience I have had with a car dealership. Tony was the person I did most of the work with online. There wasn't any of the usual high far, the best experience I have had with a car dealership. Tony was the person I did most of the work with online. There wasn't any of the usual high pressure stuff that I have encountered in the past with other dealers. He got me a deal that was much better than any of the other local dealerships and we did most of that online so I just had to show up to sign papers and drive off in my newly leased vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership there was not even a hint of "up-selling" and there were no surprises or the usual tactics to get me into a car I didn't want or need. Dave helped me fill out the paperwork for the lease and explained the process for me. All in all I would have no trouble recommending this dealership to friends and family and will definitely be heading back there for my next car. Alan Webb Nissan was a refreshing change from the usual dealership encounters and have renewed my faith in he car buying process. More
When I first used Alan Webb Mit the service advisor was Chris Patten and he was the nicest person to work with, now the advisor is Jason Cloquet and he is not at all friendly or accommodating. Today I wen Chris Patten and he was the nicest person to work with, now the advisor is Jason Cloquet and he is not at all friendly or accommodating. Today I went in for an oil change and I was told that my oil fill cap was broken and someone had glued it together, well I only take my car to 2 places and the other dealer was GMC Buick and no one said a thing. This was very strange to me some service tech had to break it and glue it back together and nothing was ever said to me and I told this to him and he didn't even make a move to contact the other dealer or comp me a new cap. Then I was told I had a broken hose and they didn't have one in stock I asked if he was going to tape it back together to hold until I could replace it and I was told well I've been driving with it broken so there was no reason. This is not the only time I've been helped by Jason and each time I wonder why I go back, well for the free oil changes. I also told Jason I was having issues with my sun roof and the drains and he didn"t even offer to take the air hose and clean it out. So I went into the GMC dealership to show them the oil cap and the first thing I was told is that they would reimburse me for it. I also told them about the sun roof drain and hose and what did he do but take my car and clean out the drain and tested it and woohoo all better, then he taped the hose for me and when I come back in he will just hook it for me at no charge, this is customer service. I know that a oil cap doesn't cost much but it's the principal. I take my car mostly to Alan Webb for service but not any more. More
