Totally incompetant! !!!! Took our 2013 Nissan Altima in for an oil change, when we got in the car we noticed that the kick panel on the frivers side was taken off and not !!!! Took our 2013 Nissan Altima in for an oil change, when we got in the car we noticed that the kick panel on the frivers side was taken off and not put back! They did that to check the cabin filter. If it wasn't for the fact that when we purchased the vehicle we bought the lifetime oil change package I would NEVER go near this dealer again!!!!! More

I have been trying to get my tire fixed twice so far. The first time I was called the last minute saying the technician all called out and have to reschedule and the second time I was told everything ok The first time I was called the last minute saying the technician all called out and have to reschedule and the second time I was told everything ok till we got there telling us we had to reschedule. There is definitely a communication issues between service and the rest of team. I had very good experience purchasing the car but very bad experience with service department and we questioned about the timing and communication issues with service guy Adam who got really offended instead of trying to fix the problem just told us to reschedule. This is very unprofessional ! We purchased the sales contract via you but it seems like service team had no clue what they were doing. More
I bought a used car from this dealership in July of 2022. It took them SIX MONTHS to get me my license plates and registration. Every time I called and spoke to a different person I got a different story as It took them SIX MONTHS to get me my license plates and registration. Every time I called and spoke to a different person I got a different story as to why it was taking so long. Turns out they had sold me a car they did not have a clear title to! The red tape involved to get it took them 6 months to sort out. The purchasing process was smooth but as soon as I wrote the check (in full) all good service stopped and I was given the runaround. Very disappointing. More
