We have had our Mazda cx50 turbo for one year and 4 months. In the first three months there was a tear on the side of the drivers seat and we were told at that time it was a defect in the material and months. Now a year and 4 months same tear same place on the passenger side front seat. The Manager calls me and tells me that I caused that tear and it would not be covered. I told her that was xx and she told me that if I continued to cuss at her she would hang up on me. I told her she needed to learn customer service. The Service Manger then told me I had 48 hours to return the loaner car or she would start charging me 250.00 per day to my card. This is a known defect there are people all over. I am so sad because our experience in purchasing the car was so good we were planning on taking our son back up to Allan Webb to purchase his own new Mazda from them. At this point I want to trade in the car and never do business with them again. I was upset no doubt at the Manager who would not be? S he called me guns blazing because she did not want to have to pay to have that seat recovered. I paid 45k for that car and if I had known I would be treated like this I would have never bought it. The same week someone hit our car door with a shopping cart and we are in the middle of dealing with that and to be treated so poorly by a dealership I had so much respect for is really disappointing. Within a day, we came to an agreement, and the finance manager, CJ (Charles), sent over the appropriate paperwork, took off the Star Guard tracking device fee, and we were off to the races. In all aspects, the communication and transparancey were great. I was pre approved with a great interest rate, which cut down on negotiations. The car was already priced under KBB. I reccommend this dealership! More

This dealership was so unbelievably unprofessional! !! I had a deal on another car and reached out to see if they could come in around the same price. Provided everything possible to work up numbers and !! I had a deal on another car and reached out to see if they could come in around the same price. Provided everything possible to work up numbers and they told me know problem, then after coming in they jacked the price up over 2k then what they originally quoted. They made me lose the other deal I had and then after giving in, an asking for them to only come down $400 they wouldn’t budge. I had been SO CLEAR in my communication up front that I didn’t have wiggle room and they lured me in likely just to try and pressure me into whatever amount they wanted. So unprofessional, the worst customer service. BUYER BEWARE as this dealership is not honest or willing to correct a mistake they made on their end. More
