After my purchase of Bolt EV I had, and still have issues with the Chevy App. and all of the OnStar Apps. I went through every step twice and three times none of the apps will work, I asked that they do a with the Chevy App. and all of the OnStar Apps. I went through every step twice and three times none of the apps will work, I asked that they do a reboot of the system or do a software uptate, all they would say was they were 2 week out. I still do not have an appointment with a service Department Technician, When I bought the car I was told that I could come in any time and they would walk me through or help with anything.
